Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and accurately record insurance and tax lists 
  • Record financial transactions and maintain accounting ledgers 
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements 
  • Ensure correct accounting treatment for payroll and other financial documents 
  • Issue and submit invoices through the Modian system 
  • Utilize Excel and Power BI for reporting, analysis, and process optimization 
  • Apply knowledge of payroll, insurance, and tax regulations in daily accounting 
  • tasks 


Required Skills: 

  • At least 2 year of professional experience in accounting 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI 
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and recording financial transactions 
  • Proficiency in preparing insurance and tax lists 
  • Experience in preparing bank reconciliation statements 
  • Familiarity with payroll, insurance, and tax regulations 
  • Proficiency in issuing invoices through the Modian system 
  • Familiarity with accounting software or other ERP systems 

Optional Skills: 

  • Experience in process automation and improving financial reporting
