Project Utility Engineer

• Ensure that the quality of work conducted meets the highest possible standards while minimizing costs.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of process equipment, as well as utility and HVAC equipment.
• Manage the vertical start-up of equipment.
• Implement WCM EEM (World Class Manufacturing - Enterprise Excellence Model) principles during the design and execution of projects.
• Serve as a member of the EEM team throughout project execution, from start to finish.
• Be responsible for the timely implementation of technical projects, including cost and resource management.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental aspects of project management, starting from the design phase (including PHA, HAZOP, and MDSAS).
• Handle equipment selection, project implementation (with a focus on site safety), commissioning, and the final project handover.
• Promote the implementation of best proven practices and disseminate awareness within the engineering community.
• Demonstrate the ability to design, draw, estimate materials and costs, and determine project lead times.
• Be proficient in equipment such as chillers, air handling units (AHUs), boilers, piping, ductwork, and control systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or utility field
• Skilled in drawing using AutoCAD.  
• Strong knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) concepts and Equipment and Maintenance (EEM).  
• Proficient in English.  
• Strong teamwork skills.  
• Excellent time management abilities.  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
