Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Golang and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Angular and modern front-end concepts
• Experience in designing and scaling financial or trading systems (a major plus)
• Ability to make sound technical decisions in complex situations
• Excellent team management and technical leadership skills
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and growth-oriented approach
• Strong collaboration and teamwork spirit
