About the Role
The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful products from ideation to launch and beyond.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business priorities and market needs.
Product Development
- Lead cross-functional teams (technical team, design, marketing, sales) to develop, launch, and refine products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Good knowledge in technical aspect of software development
- Mentoring Product Managers and help them to grow by the time
- Good knowledge in CI/CD and SDLC
Customer Focus
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products meet customer needs and provide exceptional user experiences.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, and use it to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Write down the right PRD and implement the right way according to the approved BP.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Performance Measurement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Define and track Quarterly OKRs to measure company objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
- Regularly report on product performance to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of managing successful products.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with agile development processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
