Key Responsibilities:

·       Solve complex engineering challenges related to scalability, data processing, and system integration

·       Share knowledge and mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

·       Clearly communicate technical solutions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·       Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to design, build, and improve system capabilities

·       Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability

·       Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve engineering practices

Qualifications:

·       5+ years of progressive software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems (e.g., C#, Go, or similar).

·       Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture, Microservices, and object-oriented design principles, with the ability to explain and apply them effectively.

·       Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), including performance optimization and data modeling.

·       Strong hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

·       Experience with testing methodologies and quality practices to ensure reliability and maintainability.

·       Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.

·       Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
