Senior AI Product Manager

At blubank, we are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a product line. You will play a pivotal role in solving complex product challenges, making strategic decisions, and driving execution. This role is designed for a professional with a proven track record of managing digital products at scale, who thrives in analytical, data-driven, and innovative environments.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery.
• Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Problem Solving: Identify, prioritize, and solve real-world user and business problems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Informed Decision Making: Make critical decisions based on data analysis, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and continuously iterate to improve the product experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of successful experience as a Product Manager.
• Agile Mindset: Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Product Discovery: Strong ability to lead discovery processes and translate complex problems into actionable product solutions.
• Analytical Excellence: Highly skilled in prioritization, analytical thinking, and decision-making.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to manage high levels of complexity with a structured, systems-oriented approach.
