Position Summary:

We are looking for a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to help design, maintain, and improve our infrastructure and delivery processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable systems in a microservices-based environment.

This position is ideal for engineers with solid fundamentals who are comfortable working across multiple areas of infrastructure, automation, and system operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize Linux-based systems and infrastructure.
• Work with microservices-based architectures running on containerized platforms
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Monitor systems and services using observability tools and respond to incidents proactively.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Ansible and IaC practices.
• Support database operations including monitoring and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability.
• Improve system documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, iterate quickly, and continuously improve systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure-related roles.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and system administration fundamentals.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Practical experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Practical experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases and operational best practices.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Ability to write scripts and automation tools using at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Go, Python, Bash).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Exposure to cloud platforms or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience with logging and distributed tracing.
• Interest in improving automation, platform engineering, and DevSecOps practices.
