What You’ll Be Responsible For:

•  Design user interfaces (UI) for websites and web-based panels
• Develop user experiences (UX) based on user needs and business objectives
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with the Front-end development team to ensure accurate implementation
• Improve and optimize user experience across existing projects
• Apply responsive design principles and contribute to or follow established Design Systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design and user behavior
• Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions
• High attention to detail
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work (required)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with the insurance or financial industry
• Experience designing data-driven or complex products
