Your Impact

The Product Manager will lead the discovery, strategy, and execution of initiatives aimed at improving core user experience and operational performance. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact through data-driven decision-making and structured execution.


What You’ll Drive Forward

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and measurable OKRs.
• Do product discovery to identify problems, validate hypotheses, and design scalable solutions.
• Drive execution from ideation to launch, including writing documentation and defining success metrics.
• Manage dependencies and remove blockers across teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams.
• Conduct impact analysis and monitor product performance post-launch to ensure continuous improvement.

What Powers Your Drive

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, or similar).
• Ability to define KPIs and make data-informed decisions.
• Proven ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in structured product discovery and experimentation.
