Financial Manager (Oil, Gas)

A subsidiary of Tabiat Makan Industrial Group(Raisa Energy Holding), active in the Energy industry(Oil&Gas) is seeking a strategic Financial Manager to oversee and control all financial and accounting operations, This role requires a leader who ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic oversight across all fiscal activities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting: Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in compliance with Iranian Accounting Standards.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance: oversee accurate and timely submissions of all tax declarations, and ensure full compliance with social security regulations and mandatory contributions such as social security premiums and payroll taxes.
Audit Coordination: Lead all interactions with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and effective audit processes.
Strategic Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability across upstream and downstream segments.
Trade & Treasury Oversight: Manage import/export finance, LC processes, customs duties, and foreign exchange operations
Oversee Financial Operations: Supervise and optimize accounting, financial reporting, and transactional processes, payroll processing, and treasury management functions and ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial data in the internal accounting system and relevant external fiscal platforms

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Energy industry(Oil&Gas).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange management and export documentation.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus
