Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee international shipments (Sea, Air, and Road Freight)
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and clients
Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation (B/L, AWB, CMR, Invoice,Packing List,etc.)
Monitor shipments from booking through final delivery
Coordinate customs clearance processes with relevant stakeholders
Manage shipment schedules and provide timely operational reports
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international logistics or freight forwarding company
Solid understanding of Carrier and Freight Forwarding operations
Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team
