Road Transportation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee international road shipments (export, import, and transit operations)
Manage carrier-related processes, including visa, passport, photography, and other required documentation
Recruit and coordinate drivers for cabotage operations
Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of all legal transportation documents, including Waybills, CMR, TIR Carnet, insurance policies, and transit permits
Obtain transit/traffic permits and codes from European countries (including Hungary, Poland, and others)
Operate and manage transportation platforms and systems such as CITS, Barfarabaran, and EPD
Monitor shipments in real time and provide structured reports to management
Maintain continuous communication with drivers, customs authorities, terminals, and other relevant organizations
Identify, address, and resolve operational issues such as delays, cargo damage, or documentation discrepancies
Negotiate freight rates with clients and international partners

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field)
Proven experience in international road transportation operations
Strong knowledge of export, import, and transit procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Team-oriented, creative, disciplined, proactive, and highly motivated
Good command of English
