As the company continues to scale, strengthening internal infrastructure — particularly within the HR function — plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence.


Role and Responsibilities

As our HR Generalist, you will play a key role in strengthening and optimizing Bitex’s core HR processes. Your primary focus will be improving recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding workflows to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle.

Beyond execution, you are expected to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement scalable HR practices. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership while managing essential HR administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Improve and standardize recruitment workflows and hiring pipelines

  • Support and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Coordinate hiring activities with department managers

  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including employment contracts and documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper HR documentation

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose practical, scalable solutions


Who You Are

You are a structured and solution-oriented HR professional who thrives in a growing organization. You combine operational discipline with adaptability and take ownership of improving the systems you manage.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or People Operations

  • Hands-on experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset

  • Experience handling HR administration and employment contracts

  • Comfortable working with HR tools and internal systems

  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment is a strong plus
