At Rooberah, we are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our Business team and help maximize revenue from existing customers. An Account Executive is responsible for increasing company revenue from assigned accounts through a combination of retention and expansion activities. Aligned with the company’s current mission and strategic priorities, the main focus of this role is revenue growth through offering value-added services.
Expectations & Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Technical Support teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities
- Communicate with customers via in-app chat, email, and online meetings to present value-added services
- Track and manage sales opportunities in a structured and consistent manner
- Negotiate with customers to demonstrate how additional services create greater value for their business
- Present and advocate value-added services through presentations, proposals, and professional communication
- Contribute to solving operational and strategic team challenges through ideation and constructive discussion
- Handle multiple tasks and parallel conversations with customers and internal teams simultaneously
