Last Mile Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting operational KPIs across DigiExpress’s logistics and fleet operations to ensure performance visibility, process compliance, and data accuracy. This role provides critical insights into operational trends, identifies performance gaps, and supports the implementation of corrective and preventive measures to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

·       Collect, verify, and consolidate performance data from multiple operational systems (ERP, WMS, FMS, BI tools).

·       Monitor daily and weekly KPIs related to delivery accuracy, service level, fleet utilization, and cost efficiency.

·       Ensure completeness and reliability of operational data 

·       Identify performance deviations and root causes based on data trends.

·       Support predictive and diagnostic analysis for operational issues.

·       Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Excel, or other BI tools.

·       Maintain a performance documentation library and standard report templates.

·       Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance data collection efficiency.

·       Recommend corrective actions based on observed trends and benchmarking data.

·       Liaise with Operations, Fleet, and planning teams to align data definitions and reporting structures.

·       Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical tasks assigned by management.

·       Conduct periodic on-site operational audits at regional branches to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

·       Follow up with regional units to promptly collect, consolidate, and submit the required operational information.

·       Coordinate and align activities across regional areas to ensure consistent execution of operational plans.

·       Ensure the correct implementation of operational processes in regional branches and support standardization across all branches.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or Data Analytics.

·       2–4 years of experience in performance analysis, KPI monitoring, or operations reporting within logistics, fleet, or supply chain environments.

·       Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
Strong communication and presentation skills. 

·       An analytical mindset that translates data into actionable insights.

·       Ability to travel on business assignments to regional branches up to 5 days per month
