At Eghamat 24, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven International Social Media Specialist to develop our brand's presence in foreign markets.
If you have professional experience managing social media, are familiar with algorithms and data analysis, and can advance both branding and performance simultaneously, this position is for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a content strategy in international markets, directly impacting organic growth, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the social media content strategy across international markets, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a multilingual content calendar and plan for regular content publication.
- Produce and manage creative, user-centered content that aligns with the cultural context of each country's audience.
- Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with design, content production, and performance marketing teams to maintain brand integrity.
- Monitor global social media trends and translate them into actionable ideas.
- Track competitors in target markets and provide improvement suggestions.
Expected Qualifications and Conditions:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of effective experience in managing and developing brand social media.
- Experience working in an international environment or producing English-language content is an advantage.
- Proficiency in managing and growing YouTube, with familiarity in algorithms and content optimization principles.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with scheduling and content management tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Professional proficiency in English (writing and correspondence).
- Skills in caption writing, storytelling, and designing structured content calendars.
- A creative mindset, team spirit, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
