In this role, you will focus on selling and supporting international tourism services, directly interacting with travelers abroad and international suppliers, playing a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and developing foreign markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consulting to international customers and identify their travel needs.
• Respond to calls, emails, and messages from foreign customers.
• Guide guests through the booking process and foreign payment procedures.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Coordinate with foreign suppliers and manage reservations.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and resolve potential issues for travelers abroad.
• Record and manage customer information in CRM systems.
• Monitor the satisfaction of international customers and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to enhance the experience of foreign customers.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and professional writing) – proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
• Experience in sales or support within international tourism (competitive advantage).
• Negotiation and persuasion skills in a cross-cultural environment.
• Familiarity with basic concepts of international tourism and foreign travel packages.
• Understanding of hotel booking, tours, transfers, and visa services processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and professional telephone and online response.
• Ability to work with Office software.
• Customer-oriented mindset, high patience, and accountability.
