Job Description

At Eghamat24, we are looking for a structured, results-oriented International Project Manager skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and control projects related to the development of foreign markets.

If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, control time and resources, and create alignment between technical and business teams, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of projects related to international markets.
  • Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Prepare project timelines, allocate resources, and manage project risks.
  • Coordinate between product, software development, design, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Identify and manage risks, challenges, and execution barriers.
  • Document processes and continuously improve project management methods.

Expected Qualifications and Conditions:

  • A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in managing digital or technology-driven projects.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or a combination).
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and time management.
  • Ability to analyze risks and solve problems in complex situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an international scale.
