At Eghamat24, we are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented International Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of products for foreign markets. If you have experience managing the product lifecycle on an international scale and can balance user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities, this position is for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the product strategy in international markets and will work closely with technical, design, marketing, and operations teams to create sustainable growth and a competitive user experience on a global level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for international markets aligned with the overarching business goals.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities internationally.
- Define PRD, product requirements, features, and create the roadmap.
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value, data, and available resources.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other product experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Analyze behavioral data from international users and extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to localize the user experience for each market.
- Maintain continuous interaction with marketing, support, and sales teams to align objectives.
Expected Qualifications and Conditions:
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in TravelTech or online platforms.
- Experience working in international markets or with multilingual products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in data analysis and working with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) design and conversion funnel optimization.
- Basic familiarity with technical concepts, APIs, software system structures, and development constraints.
- Experience designing and conducting user tests and A/B testing.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English.
