We are seeking a Growth Revenue & ROI Manager to help build this engine of growth with discipline and precision.

Role Overview
As Growth Revenue & ROI Manager, you will contribute to the design and refinement of Didar’s commercial growth architecture. Your role is to ensure that growth is not accidental, fragmented, or purely promotional but intentional, measurable, and aligned with long-term value creation.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and execution. It requires someone who can understand where commercial momentum is created, how it should be measured, which channels deserve investment, and how revenue quality can be improved over time.

You will help transform data into commercial clarity, and commercial clarity into scalable action.

Key Responsibilities
 • Design and refine Didar’s end-to-end commercial growth journey, from lead generation and retailer qualification to first order, repeat purchase, and referral
 • Develop and optimize acquisition strategies across field channels, partnerships, referral systems, and selected digital initiatives
 • Analyze and improve core performance indicators including retailer acquisition cost, activation rate, first-order conversion, repeat-order rate, revenue per active retailer, ROI, channel efficiency, and payback period
 • Identify the cities, retailer segments, territories, and acquisition channels that offer the strongest quality of growth and long-term commercial value
 • Lead structured growth experiments across acquisition messaging, onboarding flows, presentation methods, follow up models, and repeat order drivers
 • Build dashboards, performance models, and decision frameworks that support clarity across leadership, sales, marketing, operations, and platform teams
 • Translate commercial and channel data into actionable recommendations that improve allocation, execution, and return on investment
 • Work closely with field sales, partnerships, marketing, operations, and product/platform teams to ensure growth initiatives are commercially aligned and operationally supported
 • Help establish scalable systems that connect field execution with visibility, accountability, and measurable outcomes
 • Continuously assess where growth investment should be expanded, refined, or reduced based on revenue impact and commercial return

Requirements
 • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Revenue Operations, Performance Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics, or Channel Development
 • Strong understanding of funnel design, acquisition economics, conversion optimization, retention, and ROI analysis
 • Ability to operate effectively across both field-led and digital-led growth environments
 • Strong analytical capability with Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and performance reporting tools
 • Ability to move fluently between strategic thinking and practical execution
 • Sound commercial judgment with a disciplined, data-informed mindset
 • Confidence in working across multiple teams and aligning stakeholders around measurable priorities
 • Experience in B2B, retail networks, marketplace environments, distribution systems, or partner-led growth models is strongly preferred
 • Experience in premium, trust-based, or relationship-driven sectors is an advantage
