About the Role

We are a technology-driven LendTech company focused on building smart, data-led products.
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support data-informed decision-making across the organization.
This role is centered on transforming raw data into reliable, actionable insights using SQL and Metabase, and clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries on production databases
• Design and manage Metabase dashboards and reports for multiple departments
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance teams
• Translate business needs into measurable KPIs and metrics
• Analyze lending-related data (users, loans, repayments, risk, funnels, performance)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports
• Support ad-hoc analysis and executive-level reporting
• Help improve data culture and self-service analytics across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Metabase (dashboards, permissions, performance tuning)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders from different departments
• Ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience working with large-scale, business-critical datasets

Nice to Have

•  Experience in LendTech / FinTech / Banking / Payments
• Understanding of risk, credit scoring, funnels, and lifecycle metrics
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or data warehouses
• Experience with Python for data analysis
• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory reporting
