DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer (+3 Years Experience)
We are looking for a skilled Mid‑Level DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure that powers our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and operating scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure while improving automation and deployment processes. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and reliably in a fast-moving environment.

Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure running on Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Manage and optimize Linux-based production systems.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Operate infrastructure across domestic and international cloud providers such as Hetzner and
ArvanCloud.
Containerization & Kubernetes
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Package and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm charts.
• Troubleshoot cluster-level and application-level issues in Kubernetes environments.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and efficient resource usage.
CI/CD & Automation
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Improve developer productivity by enhancing automation and internal platform tooling.
Networking & Traffic Management
• Manage and optimize HAProxy or other load-balancing solutions.
• Maintain networking configurations related to containerized workloads, ingress, and service
exposure.
• Work with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
Databases & Data Infrastructure
• Support infrastructure related to PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with database administrators and development teams to ensure reliability and
performance.
Monitoring, Logging & Reliability
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Monitor production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and reliability risks.
Incident Management & Operations
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting for production environments.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes.
• Improve operational processes to reduce system downtime and recurring incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Solid experience with Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes application management.
• Familiarity with HAProxy or other load-balancing technologies.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or Oracle database infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
