

Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities.Your primary focus will be on acquiring high-quality traffic, improving conversion rates, and building a sustainable lead generation engine.
Required Skills • Strong expertise in SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page) • Proven experience in Content Marketing • Proficiency in WordPress • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & Search Console • Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) • Experience in Email Marketing
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO • Conduct keyword research and analyze user intent • Optimize technical SEO structure • Execute on-page optimization • Design internal linking strategies • Manage backlink outreach and off-page SEO initiatives
2. Content Marketing • Develop and manage the content calendar • Oversee and grow the blog • Write or manage SEO-driven content production • Design and optimize landing pages
3. WordPress Management • Manage and maintain the website • Build and optimize landing pages • Improve site speed and performance • Configure and manage SEO plugins
4. Analytics & Data • Analyze user behavior and conversion paths • Monitor traffic performance across channels • Evaluate conversion rates and provide optimization insights
5. Campaign Support • Support execution of digital campaigns • Design and manage lead capture systems • Optimize the acquisition-to-conversion funnel
