
At Vibe, we are looking for a Senior Visual Designer / Graphic Designer to join our team — a highly experienced, detail-oriented, tasteful, and professional designer who can play an important role in elevating and advancing the brand’s visual quality.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong execution skills, a deep understanding of brand identity, design standards, advertising campaigns, digital content, and print production, and the ability to translate branding and marketing needs into impactful, cohesive, and high-quality visual solutions.
Position Overview In this role, you will be part of Vibe’s Design Studio team and will be expected to contribute effectively to a wide range of brand, campaign, social media, advertising, and broader visual communication projects.
The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high-quality, precise, and brand-aligned visual outputs, while also having a strong command of production considerations across different formats — from digital assets to printed materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a wide range of visual and graphic assets for campaigns, social media, advertising, and brand communications Create key visuals, layouts, banners, posts, stories, digital assets, and print materials Collaborate as part of the MarCom and Design Studio team Maintain consistency and integrity of the brand’s visual identity across all deliverables Contribute creative and executable ideas to enhance the quality of visual communications Prepare final design files to professional standards for both publishing and print production Support the development of the brand’s visual language and contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional and relevant experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design Full proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and core design principles Solid professional experience in designing for campaigns, advertising, social media, and branded communication materials Strong knowledge of print production requirements, file preparation standards, and execution considerations Ability to use a variety of AI tools effectively and professionally throughout the design and production process Experience working on serious, structured, and professionally managed brands High level of accuracy in execution, attention to detail, and final output delivery Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently Strong teamwork skills, accountability, and openness to feedback A strong and presentable portfolio is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
