Our growth is fast, and the challenges are real—so we need someone who can truly understand, assess, predict, and manage risk in the face of uncertainty.

This role exists to make sure we don’t make big decisions blindly.

You will build frameworks, make sense of data, and help the team understand where we are taking risks—and whether those risks are worth it.

Job Requirements:

Build and evolve a practical, actionable risk management system (not just on paper)

Analyze insurance, financial, and operational risks in a fast-changing environment

Design models ranging from simple to advance for risk prediction

Work closely with product, tech, finance, and actuarial teams

Turn complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers

Design “what if the worst happens?” scenarios

Help build a risk-aware culture across the organization

Proven experience in risk management, insurance, or financial services (5–8 years minimum)

Strong data and modeling skills (Python, R, or other advanced analytical tools)

Solid understanding of insurance risks and actuarial concepts

Familiarity with risk management frameworks (such as ISO 31000 or similar)

Ability to simplify complex problems

You don’t freeze in ambiguity—you make decisions

You can say “no” to the CEO when the risk doesn’t make sense

You notice details without losing the bigger picture

You can turn data into a compelling story

You are trustworthy—truly trustworthy

You enjoy building things from scratch
