
Job Description:
The Brand Specialist supports the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies to strengthen brand and drive business growth. The role focuses on consumer insights, marketing execution, brand communication, and innovation across assigned brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with category objectives.
• Assist in setting brand goals and support forecasting of volume, value, and margin performance.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch new products, packaging improvements, and innovation and brand networks.
• Coordinate and execute brand communication activities and campaigns.
• Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports on sales, market share, and marketing effectiveness.
• Support the management of the marketing budget by tracking spending and ensuring activities stay within approved budgets.
•Track product availability by coordinating with supply chain, sales, and production teams.
•Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure successful execution of brand plans.
Requirement:
