

Roles & Responsibilities:
· To determine national spares requirements Safety Stock Level (SSL) based on: MTBF, MTTR, SLA criteria, Geographic warehouse site locations, respective site densities, and field maintenance contractor locations in relation to site dispersion/densities.
· To follow and resolve all spares related issues with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
· To review and analyze the spare requirement based on consumption and growing network rollout plans.
· To submit CSR requests to vendors for recurring vendor equipment related faults that do not match their design specification.
· To conduct meetings with all stakeholders and get involved in contract/SLA negotiations to improve service delivery of the suppliers and vendors.
· To conduct monthly physical inspections to ensure that SPMS[1] stores all spares properly (properly packaged and handled) and spares are labeled according to their classification i.e., serviceable, repairable, and disposal items.
· To coordinate with the EAM team to ensure that all new spares are received in the WMS stock system.
· To verify if SPMS subcontractors issue spares against related work orders or TT.
· To track faulty spares according to the repair and return (R&R) procedure.
· To conduct monthly physical verifications of all spares in the warehouse and submit variance reports.
· To submit and analyze regular status reports of all Spare TTs and inventory to the Hardware Support Manager.
· To attend weekly meetings with SPMS to supervise all inventory issues and follow the action points with related persons until resolved.
· To provide related reports to the Hardware Support manager to analyze spare requirements and budget.
· To provide monthly CAP reports of PO usage to the Project Monitoring and Reporting team (CPG) to check and update their database and documents.
· To keep record of spares vs. Installation Base updated to determine SSL.
· To keep record of spares updated based on site densities in relation to warehouse locations (Geographical spares required plan) to recover the spare issue (TT) in time from local warehouses.
· To track vendor SLA’s bi-monthly for considering the penalty.
· To keep the required material plan updated for all new projects in the Network.
· To coordinate with SPMS subcontractor to ensure delivery of purchased spares according to related PO.
· To supervise and track the Hardware Support’s installation project as a project coordinator to ensure installations are done in time without any issues.
· To count stock quarterly for whole NWG spare warehouses to ensure the database is updated and there’s no shortage in stock availability.
To supervise and track all inbounding and out bounding to warehouses keep the inventory management system updated.
