You’ll work across teams to uncover operational pain points, analyze data, and design software-driven, scalable solutions. You’ll build things that make our company smarter — automations, tools, data pipelines, or decision systems that reduce complexity and accelerate growth
This role is ideal for someone who sees inefficiency as an invitation to innovate — a hands-on technologist who doesn’t just identify problems but owns the solution end-to-end
What You’ll Do
Diagnose complex business and system challenges and translate them into clear, actionable technical solutions
Design and prototype internal tools, automations, or integrations that drive efficiency and transparency
Build and maintain data flows, scripts, and dashboards to surface the right insights at the right time
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design scalable, long-term fixes
Define metrics to measure business impact and track performance improvement
Bring structure and systems thinking to ambiguous environments
Constantly explore emerging tools, APIs, and AI solutions to improve how we operate
What You Bring
Between 3 to 6 years of experience in a technical or hybrid role (engineering, data, product, or systems)
Comfort working across the stack of tools that make a business run: CRMs, analytics, automations, databases
Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate between business needs and technical execution
A self-starter mindset: you don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken
