We don't just need a regular sales rep; we need an ambitious International Sales & Bidding Specialist who thrives on closing deals, earning uncapped USD commissions, and most importantly, speaks the language of both international clients and software developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Bidding: Monitor international freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer.com, etc.) to hunt down high-quality web and mobile development projects.
Pitching & Proposals: Craft highly personalized, engaging, and persuasive cover letters to hook clients instantly.
Technical Discovery: Communicate with clients via chat or calls to gather project requirements and translate them into technical scope for our dev team.
Account Management: Act as the bridge between the client and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication from the kickoff meeting to the final 5-star review.
Who You Are:
Exceptional English Skills: You have advanced/fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for high-stakes negotiations.
Tech-Savvy: You don't need to write code, but you must understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic tech concepts (e.g., APIs, Databases, React, difference between Front-end & Back-end).
Bidding Experience: Previous experience working with platforms like Upwork or Freelancer is a massive plus.
Background: You might be a former developer or Scrum Master who realized your true talent lies in sales, negotiation, and making money!
