At AZKI Seller, We’re looking for an "Agile Delivery Manager" who can drive team performance, ensure smooth delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional squads. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery flow is smooth, predictable, and adaptable
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders Identify delivery risks and remove impediments proactively
- Track Agile and value-based metrics to drive continuous improvement and shift focus from output to business outcomes
- Support roadmap execution and quarterly planning
- Foster collaboration, ownership, and a high-performance team culture
- Manage cross-team dependencies and facilitate alignment across different squads
Requirements:
- Proficiency in fundamental project management concepts based on standards such as PMBOK.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and the ability to select the appropriate model for team implementation.
- Capability to effectively implement various execution frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc., tailored to each team’s needs.
- Assisting the Product Manager in prioritizing and properly preparing product backlog items to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to solve complex product delivery challenges and project-based problems with structured and analytical thinking
