At AZKI Seller, We’re looking for an "Agile Delivery Manager" who can drive team performance, ensure smooth delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional squads. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery flow is smooth, predictable, and adaptable
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders Identify delivery risks and remove impediments proactively
• Track Agile and value-based metrics to drive continuous improvement and shift focus from output to business outcomes
• Support roadmap execution and quarterly planning
• Foster collaboration, ownership, and a high-performance team culture
• Manage cross-team dependencies and facilitate alignment across different squads

Requirements:

• Proficiency in fundamental project management concepts based on standards such as PMBOK.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and the ability to select the appropriate model for team implementation.
• Capability to effectively implement various execution frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc., tailored to each team’s needs.
• Assisting the Product Manager in prioritizing and properly preparing product backlog items to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to solve complex product delivery challenges and project-based problems with structured and analytical thinking
