Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will play a key part in supporting our company's strategic goals by empowering our people to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with a strong background in instructional design and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions, including e-learning courses ...
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors and content providers when necessary.
- Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, on topics such as onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance, and systems training.
- Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and venue coordination (if applicable).
- Manage the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, assigning courses, tracking completion, and generating reports.
- Analyze training metrics and feedback to continuously improve program quality, relevance, and impact

Qualifications & Skills
-  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
