We are looking for an enthusiastic Gold Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage our main seller and supplier relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, responsible for ensuring their long-term success by delivering solutions and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high potential market leads and reach out to them.
- Negotiate and sign retail and marketplace contracts with approved leads.
- Help sellers and suppliers through the onboarding and content creation process.
- Act as the main contact for suppliers and sellers through calls and meetings.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and industry changes.
- Monitor seller performance and share helpful data with them.
- Work with sellers on key product lists to ensure items stay in stock.
- Track the activation of important products.
- Keep an eye on the market to ensure our pricing remains competitive.
- Encourage sellers to join marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide financial reports to sellers and help resolve their issues.
- Review seller and supplier KPIs and work with them to improve their results.
