At Azki Seller, We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure chapter, led by our DevOps Chapter Lead. This role is focused entirely on on-premises infrastructure — not cloud-based. You will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and improving our internal systems, CI/CD pipelines, virtualization layers, and application delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premises infrastructure including servers, networking, and storage
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
- Administer and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu / Debian) including performance tuning, security hardening, and patch management
- Manage VMware virtualization environments including VM provisioning, snapshots, resource allocation, and HA configuration
- Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases in collaboration with backend teams (backup, replication, performance tuning)
- Build and manage Docker containerization for .NET Core backend applications
- Support and maintain React frontend deployment pipelines and static asset delivery
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for all on-prem services using Prometheus and related tooling
- Integrate and maintain JFrog Artifactory or Nexus Repository for internal package and artifact management
- Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts (Bash, Ansible, Python, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability
- Debug and troubleshoot web-based applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure layer)
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
- Document infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
- Proficiency in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience designing high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) architectures.
- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable solutions.
