Finance Board Member
We are seeking a strategic Finance professional for the Board of Directors of a subsidiary within a leading private Oil & Gas holding group.
This role requires significant expertise to guide financial and investment strategies for the subsidiary and the wider group.
Role Overview
Influence key financial decisions, drive investment initiatives, and ensure financial integrity within the Oil & Gas / EPC sector.
This is a high-level strategic position focused on sustainable value creation
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to major financial, investment, and financing decisions
- Oversee financial health, liquidity, and capital structure across subsidiaries
- Manage financial, credit, and investment risks, especially in EPC projects
- Optimize cash flows and financing structures for EPC project financing
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Oil & Gas regulations
- Enhance internal controls and corporate governance
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven financial leadership in large corporations, particularly in Oil, Gas, and EPC
- Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and corporate finance
- Strong capability in managing risks related to EPC projects
- Proficient in advanced financing methodologies relevant to EPC projects
- Deep understanding of accounting, governance, and financial regulations in the Oil & Gas industry
- Professional independence and sound judgment
