Product Designer (UI/UX) - (مرکز تحقیق و نوآوری همراه اول)

We're seeking a creative, outcome-oriented Product Designer who transforms complex problems into elegant, shippable solutions. This role requires a blend of sharp UX/UI skills, in-depth user research, and a practical, hands-on approach to leveraging AI throughout the design lifecycle.

What you’ll do:
* Own end-to-end UX/UI for web & mobile: From problem framing and user flows to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design handoff.
* Conduct lean user research (qualitative & quantitative), synthesize actionable insights, and translate them directly into impactful product decisions.
* Build, maintain, and evolve our Design System (encompassing tokens, components, specifications, and governance) with crisp, comprehensive documentation.
* Partner closely and effectively with Product Management & Engineering to ensure feasible, high-quality delivery and a shared understanding of project goals.
* Define and track key UX/Product KPIs (e.g., Conversion, Activation, Retention, CSAT/NPS), iterating on designs based on data-driven results and measurable outcomes.
* Translate broader product strategy and business goals into effective, measurable design solutions.

What you bring:
* 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong, recent portfolio showcasing shipped work and your design process.
* Fluency in Figma, including advanced interactive prototyping capabilities; deep understanding of responsive and accessible design fundamentals.
* Hands-on experience with AI tools in design and research (e.g., ChatGPT/Gemini/Copilot) to accelerate exploration, iteration, and documentation processes.
* Clear and concise written communication, structured thinking, proven ability to manage stakeholder communications, and a strong sense of collaboration and ownership.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale, negotiating trade-offs, and driving consensus across product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Nice to have:
* Experience in designing for content/VOD or AI-powered products.
* Demonstrated experience operating and scaling a Design System within a growing organization.
* Proficiency with advanced motion/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, ProtoPie, Lottie/After Effects).
* Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and qualitative analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory).
