
Role Mission
Design, execute, and optimize integrated brand campaigns with a strong focus on achieving marketing KPIs and translating them into tangible sales results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning
• Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
2. 360° Campaign Execution
• Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, including:
o Social Media
o Website
o Outdoor Advertising and other media
3. Project & Task Management
• Break down campaigns into clear, trackable tasks
• Assign an owner for each task
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely delivery
4. Campaign Performance Analysis
• Define KPIs for each campaign, including:
o Reach
o Engagement Rate
o CTR (Click-Through Rate)
o Conversion Rate
• Continuously monitor performance data
• Deliver post-campaign analytical reports
• Extract insights to improve future campaigns
Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Campaign Planning
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Channels
• Knowledge of Performance Metrics
• Proven experience executing end-to-end campaigns
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
