What You’ll Do
- Diagnose complex business and system challenges and translate them into clear, actionable technical solutions
- Design and prototype internal tools, automations, or integrations that drive efficiency and transparency
- Build and maintain data flows, scripts, and dashboards to surface the right insights at the right time
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design scalable, long-term fixes
- Define metrics to measure business impact and track performance improvement
- Bring structure and systems thinking to ambiguous environments
- Constantly explore emerging tools, APIs, and AI solutions to improve how we operate
What You Bring
- Between 3 to 6 years of experience in a technical or hybrid role (engineering, data, product, or systems)
- Comfort working across the stack of tools that make a business run: CRMs, analytics, automations, databases
- Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate between business needs and technical execution
- A self-starter mindset: you don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken
