Video Content Production
Content Strategy & Planning
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Strategic and data-driven mindset
Social Media Management & Growth
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills 
Collaboration with Performance Marketing
Creative, proactive, and execution-oriented
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management
High level of attention to detail (especially regarding medical claims)
Familiarity with Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Medical industries is a strong advantage 
Strong expertise in: Instagram Reels, Social media algorithms Analytics and insight tools
Hands-on capability in video production: Shooting Basic editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools)
