Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Subsidiary Company
A leading private holding company in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in EPC projects, is seeking to headhunt a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its subsidiary companies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in executive leadership, Profit & Loss (P&L) management, and driving growth within the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC industries.
Position Summary:
The CEO will report to the Holding Company's Executive Management and will be accountable for the subsidiary's performance, profitability, and strategic alignment with group objectives.
This role requires a dynamic leader capable of navigating complex operational challenges and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the subsidiary's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the holding company
- Manage the subsidiary's Profit & Loss (P&L), driving revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Lead and mentor the senior management team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and safety standards
- Report on the subsidiary's performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives to the holding company's management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the subsidiary's market share and profitability
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A minimum of over 6 years of senior management experience, with a significant portion within the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical sectors
- Proven track record in successful Profit & Loss (P&L) management and achieving financial results
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing complex projects and diverse teams
- Board membership experience in companies active in the EPC or Oil & Gas industry is a strong advantage
