Board Member of Management
A leading Oil & Gas Holding company with extensive expertise in EPC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Board Member of Management to contribute to its ongoing success and governance.
Role Overview:
The Board Member will play a crucial role in providing strategic oversight, governance, and expert guidance to the company. This role requires a visionary leader who can contribute to the overall strategic planning, risk management, and long-term vision of the company, particularly within the dynamic Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in Board meetings, providing strategic direction and expert insights
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall strategy and business objectives
- Oversee and ensure sound corporate governance practices
- Evaluate the performance of the company and its executive management
- Provide guidance on significant financial, operational, and strategic matters
- Assess and advise on key risks and opportunities facing the company
- Contribute to the long term vision and sustainability of the organization
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience serving on the Board of Directors for companies within the Oil & Gas industry is essential
- Proven track record in a senior leadership, strategic, or governance role
- Deep understanding of the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC markets and their associated value chains
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with corporate governance principles and best practices.
