Job Description

• Lead and oversee the execution and continuous improvement of the unit’s internal methodology.
• Ensure workflow transparency and operational stability.
• Proactively follow up on tasks, bottlenecks, and blocked items until resolution.
• Facilitate daily and coordination meetings effectively.
• Monitor and act upon performance indicators (Lead Time, TTM, Throughput, etc.).
• Ensure accurate and timely worklog registration in alignment with company policies.
• Strengthen alignment between development, account, and other related teams.
• Review deliverables before client submission to ensure readiness and quality.
• Support capacity awareness and team availability coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (preferably Kanban, XP, Lean, or hybrid models).
• Proven experience in workflow optimization and bottleneck reduction.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-changing environments.
• Strong follow-up and execution discipline.
• Proficiency with task management tools such as Jira or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
