Job Description

Our institute is looking for motivated, reflective, and professionally‑minded English language teachers who are passionate about quality teaching and committed to continuous growth.

We welcome applicants who have completed ELT training programs or academic courses in English Language Teaching.

Strong Understanding of Teaching Approaches
Applicants should be familiar with a range of teaching methodologies and learning theories, and ideally aware of the postmethod condition to support learner autonomy and adapt teaching to diverse learner needs.

Adaptability Across Levels
Our learners range from true beginners to advanced students. Teachers must be able to adjust techniques, tasks, and classroom management strategies based on the context and level.

ELT‑Related Training or Academic Background
Qualification through recognized teacher training programs or university-level ELT studies is required.

Classes emphasize meaningful student interaction (pair work, breakout rooms, micro-tasks, and guided speaking opportunities).

Feedback is specific, encouraging, and given in real time to promote progress without overwhelming learners.

9. Tech-Assisted Efficiency
Teachers use the academic portal and BBB tools (polls, shared notes, breakout rooms, whiteboard) to streamline learning and reduce cognitive load.

Due to current circumstances, all classes are held fully online using the BigBlueButton platform.

The institute provides a secure, dedicated academic portal for teachers and students. All classroom processes—including:

  • online attendance,

  • messaging, and
  • course progress tracking

are fully integrated into this portal.

Platform Training Provided
Comprehensive training on how to use both the online teaching platform (BBB) and the institute’s portal will be provided to all teachers at the beginning of their employment.
