We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy "Product Management Lead" who can own a product domain end-to-end and act as the right hand to Product leadership. This is not a “feature factory” role. We need someone who combines product ownership with technical depth, can query data directly (TSQL, Grafana), and move fast with engineers to deliver impact. If you’re excited about building healthtech and platform products that serve millions, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Own a core product domain end-to-end (discovery → roadmap → delivery → growth).
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear strategies, features, and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, BI, and Ops to ship high-quality releases on time.
- Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools for prototyping, data analysis, and workflow acceleration.
- Prepare required reports directly from the Data Warehouse (TSQL), instead of waiting for data or business teams support; ensuring quick access to data.
- Use Grafana and other technical monitoring dashboards to query metrics, track service performance, and identify issues proactively.
- Define metrics, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on results.
- Guide and mentor junior PMs, ensuring team alignment and reducing dependency on Product Director.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth communication across squads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in internet, e-commerce, or health Tech.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
- High proficiency in English (reading/writing).
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs (prompt engineering, workflow automation).
- Solid understanding of agile product development and experimentation methods.
- Analytical and data-driven; experienced with dashboards, KPIs, and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to lead squads independently, manage conflicts, and align stakeholders.
- Advantage: prior experience with data analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.).
- Advantage: having technical background; comfortable with coding and TSQL (querying data independently).
