Job Description:
1) A Network Engineer to join an international Service Provider operating across the Middle East.
2) Support and maintain Service Provider network infrastructure.
3) Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
4) Perform basic LAN operations including cabling and rack setup.
5) Provide basic IT support to end users when required.

Requirments:
1) Proficiency in English.
2) Ability to work in rotational shifts.
3) Strong troubleshooting (TSHOOT) and network issue diagnosis skills.
4) Familiarity with Service Provider network concepts and architecture.
5) Ability to follow up on issues and drive them to resolution.
6) Hands-on experience with basic LAN operations, including structured cabling, node setup, and rack equipment connectivity.
7) Ability to provide basic IT support to end users (systems, mobile devices, and email configuration).
8) CCNA / CCNP certifications (Considered a Plus).
9) Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and IS-IS (Considered a Plus).
10) Knowledge of transmission systems and fiber optic networks (Considered a Plus).
