Senior Product Manager

Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy "Senior Product Manager" who can own a product domain end-to-end and act as the right hand to Product Leadership. This is not a “feature factory” role. We need someone who combines product ownership with technical depth, can query data directly, and move fast with engineers to deliver impact. Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of product management experience in fintech and transactional services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
• High proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Strong technical background.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs (prompt engineering, workflow automation)
• Solid understanding of agile product development and experimentation methods.
• Analytical and data-driven; experienced with metrics and A/B testing
• Proven ability to lead teams independently, manage conflicts, and align stakeholders.
• Advantage: prior experience with data analysis using Python (pandas, numpy, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Own a core product domain end-to-end (discovery → roadmap → delivery → growth).
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear strategies, features, and requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Analysis, and Operations to ship high-quality releases on time.
• Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools for prototyping, data analysis, and workflow acceleration.
• Prepare required reports directly from the Data Warehouse, instead of waiting for support from data or business teams, ensuring quick access to data.
• Use Grafana, Metabase, and other technical monitoring dashboards to query metrics, track service performance, and proactively identify issues.
• Define metrics, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on results.
• Guide and mentor junior PMs, ensuring team alignment and reducing dependency on the Product Director.
•  Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth communication across teams.
