HRMS Product Owner

Job role description:
The HRMS Product Owner will lead the transformation from a SaaS-based HR system to an internally owned platform, through AI-enabled development.
This role is responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring the system meets complex multi-company and multi-country HR requirements while maintaining scalability, flexibility, and compliance.

• Prioritize features based on business value and complexity
• Decide build vs configure vs integrate approaches
• Requirements & Backlog Management
• Product Development Oversight
• Delivery & Quality Assurance

 Required competencies & skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in:
• HRMS implementations or product ownership
• HR technology platforms (Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)
• Proven experience in:
• Product or platform ownership 
• Complex HR processes (leave, payroll, attendance, etc.) (Prefered)

Technical & Functional Skills:

Strong understanding of:
HR processes and policies
HRMS architecture concepts
Experience with:
Open-source platforms (preferred)
API-based systems and integrations

Familiarity with:
Agile / Scrum methodologies
AI-assisted/Enabled development environments (nice to have)
