

About This Role
This role is ideal for someone who can understand when, where, and how to sell, identify the
right opportunities in the market, and convert them into structured, revenue-generating enterprise
deals—while maintaining long-term relationships and continuously expanding value.
Mission
Play a key role within the Business Development team by identifying, designing, and closing
high-impact B2B deals with organizations across various industries. This role is responsible for
translating MelliGold’s capabilities into relevant enterprise solutions that drive user growth,
transaction volume, and sustainable revenue, while continuously adapting go-to-market focus
based on market conditions and industry dynamics in Iran.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations (corporates, factories,
SMEs, banks, insurance companies, etc.)
• Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to closing
• Analyze client needs and design tailored B2B solutions (e.g., gold gift cards, incentive
programs, bundled financial services)
• Translate MelliGold’s capabilities into compelling and relevant value propositions for
each organization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Conduct negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, Tech) to ensure
smooth execution and delivery
• Drive onboarding, activation, and expansion of enterprise clients
• Continuously evaluate market conditions and prioritize target industries and
companies based on timing, budget cycles, and relevance of offerings
• Document all client interactions, deal progress, and key learnings in a structured
and disciplined manner
• Own post-deal relationship management, ensuring retention, expansion, and long
term value from enterprise clients
• Maintain a structured pipeline and consistently move deals toward closure
• Identify new use cases and business models based on MelliGold’s capabilities and market
opportunities
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales
• Strong understanding of B2B sales models, funnels, customer journeys, and
stakeholder mapping
• Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Strong analytical ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions in real
time
• Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into structured revenue
generating models
• Ability to prioritize target industries and accounts based on real market conditions
and business readiness
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to maintain structured records of deals and
interactions
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• High level of discipline, organization, and ability to drive multiple deals to completion
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate deal economics and business impact
• Strong ownership and execution capability across the entire sales lifecycle
Nice to Have
• Existing network within corporate organizations (large, mid-size, and SMEs)
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Familiarity with HR, employee benefits, and compensation programs
• Experience selling solutions related to incentives, loyalty, or financial products
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts (funnels, user behavior, optimization)
