IT Manager - آقا

We're looking for a dedicated and innovative IT Manager with DevOps Expertise to lead the Technology department.

Environment: The candidate will be working with the IT and software teams to support and manage helpdesk requests, branches network, physical infrastructure, and enroll software updates and development seamlessly.
Company infrastructure is country wide, hosting a variety of different in-house developed platforms and apps.
You'll also be handling affairs of different contractors in both the physical and software fields. Job sites involve mainly the HQ office, several offices and construction sites across the city of Qom and with the same variety but less quanitity in northern cities.

Expectations: The candidate must be able to transparently communicate and report to upper management regarding cost estimates, progress of the projects, and report the department's performance.
You'd also be working interactively with the Business Development department to achieve and facilitate their proposed plans. The candidate is also expected to set future directions and trajectories aligning the future needs of the corporation; reporting to upper management.

Challenges: 
- Wide variety of vendors and tech stacks within a wide network structure adds complexity to the job.
- You must be able to handle and support all offices either in person or remotely without interrupting or holding back their operations; managing it with a tight HR budget for the department.

Key Skills:
Be able to/Must have:
- Manage a mixed environment network with Windows servers and DEB-based Linux distros.
- Strong networking knowledge with a focus on routing and firewall/VPN.
- DevOps skills handling docker files and scripting, CICD pipelines, monitoring, etc.
- Web hosting with different webservers and stacks including LEMP, LAMP.
- Database management and dashboard reporting tools.
- VDI management with Nvidia.
- Manage physical network and infrastructure components.
- Maintain and develop in-house software products.
