The Commercial Manager- C2C Line is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the full lifecycle of customer‑to‑customer used‑car transactions. This role ensures a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers, while improving conversion rates, operational efficiency, and seller/ customer experience. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, data‑driven decision‑making, and strong cross‑functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the end‑to‑end C2C workflow, from car acquisition to final sale.
- Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages
- Monitor and analyze core KPIs, including:
- Number of car inflows
- Conversion rates across each stage
- Cycle time from acquisition to sale
- Profit margins
- Work closely with commercial and branch teams to enhance customer experience during inspection, pricing, contract signing, and delivery.
- Analyze seller and buyer behavior to increase engagement, trust, and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute pricing and acquisition strategies aligned with market dynamics.
- Identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Acquisition, Product, and Branch teams to improve responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to growth initiatives and campaigns to expand both supply and demand.
- Provide regular performance reporting, forecasting, and insights to senior management.
- Manage, coach, and develop the C2C team as the function scales.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial management, marketplace operations, automotive industry, or C2C/C2B/B2C business models.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Experience managing multi‑stage, cross‑functional processes.
- Familiarity with the used‑car market, customer behavior, and transaction complexities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Strong communications and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Result‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑moving environments.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and KPI management
