

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM (plugins, workflows, JavaScript customizations, forms, UI logic).
Configure out-of-the-box CRM features (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows).
Develop JavaScript web resources, HTML-based components, and custom UI elements.
Implement server-side logic using C# and .NET for plugins and workflow extensions.
Work with SQL Server and T-SQL for CRM data operations.
Develop and maintain CRM reports using SSRS.
Collaborate with the team using git and follow engineering best practices (code reviews, documentation, structured deployments).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide production support.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization.
Solid experience with C# (.NET) for plugins, workflow activities, backend logic.
Solid experience with JavaScript and CRM form customization.
Experience with HTML/CSS for CRM web resources.
Strong understanding of CRM customization framework: entities, forms, views, relationships, workflows, business rules.
Experience working with SQL Server and writing T-SQL queries.
Experience creating SSRS reports for Dynamics CRM.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Basic English for general communication.
Integrations: Building and maintaining integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP services, or other system-to-system communication methods.
Experience building custom APIs or backend services.
Familiarity with CRM authentication methods (e.g., Claims-based authentication, OAuth-based flows).
Familiarity with SharePoint integration.
